We continue to be top rated among most wrist rollers on the market.
Cheap wrist rollers in the $15 to $22 dollar range are likely have issues because;
>the rope causes it to tangle and spin the weight
>handles spin or wear out
>the diameter of handles are thin and takes longer to improve grip strength
>made from cheap low grade steel that dents easily

Switched from the Yes4All to the Qpro and it’s much better tool.
A year ago I bought the Yes4All roller (in picture on the right) to help strengthen my rock climbing grip and used it quite a bit, but always felt like it was cheap and dangerous, just like my ex.
The cheap part was the hard rubber handles it came with that just spun around. I replaced those with hockey tape.
The dangerous part is the metal clip at the end of the rope. It’s easy for it to get twisted and cross loaded and pop itself open. This happened more than once and almost smashed my toes.
I finally had enough and decided to try something else. I went with the Q Pro (pictured on the left) and so far it’s much better. The thick rubber grips have some give to them so you can squeeze and maintain a good hold but if you were to lower it to the ground letting it spin in your hands, it’s smooth and won’t rough them up. (unlike my hockey tape solution on the other roller).
The carabiner is much beefier and when cinched down as shown in the picture it won’t flip around or get cross loaded. No worries about it popping open. The belt is so much nicer than the rope rollers, it’s doesn’t spin and doesn’t have any stretch.
Overall, I highly recommend the Q Pro over the Yes4all. It’s a bit more expensive but worth it, you get what you pay for.
